Preschool and Kindergarten Screenings

KINDERGARTEN AND PRESCHOOL SCREENINGS
The Pattonsburg R-II School District will start taking information April 6 th for the 4-year old
preschool program and Kindergarten class for the 2021-2022 school year. Please call Mrs. Stanley or
Ms. Sayre at 367-2111 to set up an appointment. You will need to bring the child’s immunization
records, birth certificate, social security card, and proof of residency to the screening. Students that are
currently enrolled in the preschool will be screened during school hours and will not have to set up an
appointment. Children must be 4 years old before August 1, 2021, to be eligible for the preschool and 5
before August 1, 2021, to enroll in Kindergarten.
