Mock Election Held By Elementary Social Studies Class

Mrs. Brenda Clark's social studies class, in conjunction with the upcoming presidential election, created their own election. From selecting candidates, campaign managers, and media personnel, to creating posters, giving speeches, writing questions, and debating, the students experienced all areas involved in the political parties.
Unlike the true election, there was no declared winner. Daltyn Sperry enjoyed the debate the most. Kierra deJong agreed, "It was fun and interesting."
